SourceShift (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides supply chain intelligence reports and risk assessment tools through our website at sourceshift.global. Our services include free chokepoint exposure assessments, paid supplier intelligence reports, route calculators, and insurance estimators.
To purchase reports, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All report purchases are one-time transactions processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. You will receive access to your purchased reports immediately after successful payment.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid reports. If you are not satisfied with the data quality, email sourceshift@liveablecity.co within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
SourceShift reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute procurement advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to engage with any specific supplier.
Our supplier data is sourced from US Customs Bill of Lading records, UN Comtrade trade data, and ThomasNet industrial profiles. While we take reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.
Specifically, we verify that suppliers have documented US import shipment records. We do not verify current production capacity, specific certifications, present availability, or pricing. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any supplier.
The content, data, reports, analysis, and tools provided through SourceShift are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use purchased reports for your internal business purposes but may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the data without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourceShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to losses resulting from procurement decisions made based on our data.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
